Job Description

In this role of Regulatory Projects in a PMO support position, you will be an integral part of a team that values innovation and collaboration, ensuring the successful delivery of regulatory changes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a focus on control and audit readiness, accurate reporting, effective RAID management, compliance with internal controls frameworks, oversight of policies and procedures, and a continuous emphasis on best practices and process improvement. Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, and key contacts in the organization will be crucial to establish effective communication and engagement models for successful project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult, analyze, and promote project delivery best practices within the Regulatory Projects Team - Manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and senior management through presentations and reports - Ensure compliance with JPMC's document storage and record retention operating models - Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders in different businesses and functions - Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance, identify issues, and facilitate communication - Coordinate working group meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document minutes - Participate in change events and support stakeholders through ongoing coaching - Onboard new joiners and facilitate their contributions from Day 1 - Advocate for innovation and drive initiatives for process enhancements - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness **Qualifications Required:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Previous experience in a Finance Projects function - Strong understanding of the End to End Project Life Cycle - Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and implement process improvements - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills - Excellent written skills for clear, concise, and logical documentation - Strong organization, planning, multitasking, and prioritization skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Working knowledge of MS Office, PitchPro, and SharePoint - Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills In addition, the role may benefit from experience working with Confluence, ability to analyze and document end-to-end process flows, coaching skills for junior team members, and prior PMO experience.,
