What You'll Learn & Do (Key Responsibilities): This internship will immerse you in the world of project management, working alongside experienced project managers. Your responsibilities will include: Project Documentation: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Coordination & Communication: Supporting internal and external communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly. Task Tracking: Helping to track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on schedule. Meeting Support: Scheduling and organizing virtual meetings, preparing agendas, and accurately documenting key decisions and action items. Research & Analysis: Conducting research on project management best practices, tools, and emerging trends to support process improvements. Data Entry & Organization: Maintaining organized project files and databases. Problem Solving: Assisting in identifying potential roadblocks and contributing to problem-solving efforts under guidance. Process Improvement: Observing and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency. What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications): Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. No prior professional experience in project management is required; freshers are highly encouraged to apply! Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with basic project management concepts or an eagerness to learn (e.g., from academic projects, online courses). A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting. Reliable internet connection and a conducive home office environment. Based in India.
