Job Summary: VITTI LIVING is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution across our furniture design, production, and delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing timelines, vendors, and client expectations in a manufacturing or retail context. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end furniture projects—from initial client brief through design, production, and final delivery Collaborate with design teams to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans Coordinate closely with procurement and production units to ensure materials, tools, and timelines are aligned with project needs Oversee site readiness and installation schedules, working with logistics and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, budgets, progress reports, and client communications Conduct risk assessments and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal allocation of resources across departments Communicate clearly with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and handle feedback or changes in project scope Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability across internal and external stakeholders Ensure all projects meet company standards for quality, safety, and design integrity Monitor project performance using KPIs and recommend continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety norms, and client-specific requirements Requirements: 6+ years of project management experience, manufacturing, or a related industry Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Excel, ERP systems used in manufacturing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment How to Apply: Experienced candidates meeting the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
