Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Full project life cycle ownership- initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring,controlling

and closure of a project

• Responsible for monitoring, management, and evaluation of the overall project execution as per

the agreed design and cost parameters.

• Understand client requirements and perform business analysis
• Create documentation for businessrequirements, test plans and release plans, project

documentation

• Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout projectand

program life cycle

• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Manage the day-to-day project activities , resources & monitor and control project budgets
• Manage risks, respond to client escalations and troubleshoot delivery or engagementissues in

partnership with the delivery manager to provide effective delivery governance

• Ensure all resources for the project are available as per plan to meet deadlines and to ensure

quality standards are maintained while achieving time and cost targets fixed for the effective

completion of the project.

• Ensure the weekly / monthly governance calls happen internally and externally with clients and

handle escalations in tandem with the project lifecycle.

• Determine the frequency and content of statusreports from the project and programteam,

analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas

• Adopt and Grow Agile practices and striving to build a foundation of Agile supportingend to

product delivery

• Provide timely and accurate progress updates on delivery and business opportunitiesto senior

management

• Provide thought leadership to create business value for the client

Candidate Requirement

• B.E or Bachelors in Computer Science
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Candidates having software development background in the initial career phase and gradually.
• moved to Project Management role
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Experience working in Agile Methodology
• Candidates from Fintech/ Banking domain preferred
