Job description We are looking for a Sales and Marketing to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. Must have experience in B2C process & belongs to furniture Industry only. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Engagement Make outbound calls to prospects from the database provided. Introduce the company’s interior design services in a clear and persuasive manner. Identify the client's interest, requirement stage (new home, renovation, etc.), and budget. Lead Qualification Ask relevant screening questions to determine if the lead fits our ideal customer profile. Accurately record and tag lead status (qualified, follow-up, not interested, etc.) in CRM or lead tracker. Follow-Up Coordination Schedule appointments or call-backs for the sales/design team to take over. Send follow-up messages or emails as needed. Database & Reporting Maintain daily call logs, lead details, and conversation outcomes. Share daily and weekly reports with team leads. Strong leadership and team building skills.
