Purpose of the Position(Short Summary of the Role):

  • Responsible for complete project management of Connectivity
  • Lead and steer all the activities with relevant development supplier, stake holders, internal customers
  • Responsible to keep track and steer the activities within internal team for all the relevant modules
  • Actively engage in the management discussion with internal and external stake holders
  • Mentoring the team

Key Responsibilities &Tasks:

  1. Responsible for the complete project management of the Connectivity domain for the device manager and service manager with regular reporting to the Skoda MB
  2. Managing the project status, releases, resources required for the project within given stipulated timeline and milestones. Adhering to all the required milestones are achieved
  3. Coordinate and steer the CFT efficiently aiming the objective of meeting the required conclusion or decision required for the project
  4. Poised in assessing the risk to the project in early stages and propose the required mitigation plan to meet the milestones
  5. Establish robust system of operation by introducing the required process and resources thus increasing the productivity
  6. Ensuring all the relevant KPI targets are achieved without any adverse effect on the project and maintaining the desired level of transparency and measuring index
  7. Achieve the cost saving ideas in the project or process as per given target
  8. Cultivate the innovative culture within team and project with objective of brining positive effect and desired benefits to department and organization
  9. Support regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, with development consultants and suppliers and Skoda MB to arrive at best solutions for product and company.
  10. Handle the budget and its approvals for the projects, resources, and investment.
