As a Project Leader Connectivity in the EV segment at Skoda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL), you will be responsible for the complete project management of Connectivity. This includes leading and steering all activities with relevant development suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers. Your role will also involve keeping track and steering activities within the internal team for all relevant modules, actively engaging in management discussions with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring the team, and cultivating an innovation culture. As a key decision-maker, you will have the authority to approve technical aspects, make recommendations, manage budgets, and handle stakeholder relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: - Manage the complete project management of the Connectivity domain for the device manager and service manager, with regular reporting to the Skoda MB. - Ensure project status, releases, and required resources are managed within stipulated timelines and milestones. - Coordinate and steer the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) efficiently to meet project objectives and decisions. - Assess risks to the project early on and propose mitigation plans to achieve milestones. - Establish a robust system of operation by introducing necessary processes and resources to increase productivity. - Achieve cost-saving ideas in the project or process as per given targets. - Cultivate an innovative culture within the team and project to bring positive effects and desired benefits to the department and organization. - Support regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team-wise, interdepartmentally, with development consultants and suppliers, and Skoda MB to arrive at the best solutions for products and the company. - Handle project budgets, resources, and investment approvals effectively. Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.
