Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for RPO client Handle a team of recruiters; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback Coordinate with client stakeholders for manpower planning, role briefings, and status updates Ensure recruitment targets are met within defined timelines Build and manage talent pipelines for key functional areas Prepare and present regular MIS and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders Maintain compliance with recruitment process and quality standards Desired Candidate Profile: 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 12 years in a team handling or lead role Strong experience in Non-IT/BFSI hiring is a must Proven track record in handling RPO or client-side recruitment projects Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and lead a high-performance team Should be comfortable with Work From Office setup Work Mode: Work from Office Role & responsibilities Interested candidates kindly share your updated resume on below details Whatsapp number: 9075728204 Email : nehapramod.mum@tminetwork.com
