Role & responsibilities

• Green field projects experience.
• Knowledge of Machine selection based on the technical comparison and the latest technology, in the respective field.
• CAPEX, ROI, EBIDTA working experience and calculation knowledge.
• Having knowledge on load calculations for installation of Transformer, UPS, DG sets and APFC.
• Hands on AUTO CADD drawings.
• Installation and commissioning of machines and utility.
• Planning and executing as per the approved plan.
• Civil working includes Knowledge on RCC, PCC, Water proofing, Trench drawings, etc.
• Roofing knowledge includes Structure calculations, Roof sheet workings, Metal structure workings, etc.
• Utility Knowledge – to understand the actual requirement of Utilities reqd. for the project which includes – Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling towers, RO, STP, ETP, Air Scrubbers, etc.
• Follow up with Vendors / suppliers for machines and their Accessories, until the project is handover to production dept. after successful run of machine for the stipulated time.
• Liasioning with the local government bodies for Statutory approvals including – Pollution control, Plan clearance, Factory inspector clearance, MGVCL clearance, etc.
• Knowledge of License renewing / new making for tools and tackles, pressure vessels, etc.
• Liasioning for Statutory approvals, local clearances, pollution clearances.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in end-to-end greenfield & brownfielf project lifecycle — from concept, design, procurement, erection, commissioning to handover.\
• Expertise in evaluating latest technologies, vendor comparison, and equipment selection based on performance, reliability, and ROI.
• In-depth understanding of power systems, load calculation for Transformer, DG, UPS, APFC; air, water, HVAC, chiller, compressor, boiler, and effluent systems.
