As a Project Lead specializing in Fabrication Tank Transformers, your role will involve managing and overseeing various aspects of project execution to ensure successful completion. Here is a breakdown of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of project management related to Fabrication Tank Transformers. Your expertise in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience will be crucial in leading the project to completion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Competency in using the MS Project platform for project management - Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of management functions including planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling - Decision-making skills to make timely and effective decisions throughout the project lifecycle - Effective communication techniques for seamless upward, downward, and parallel communication - Efficient management of available resources to optimize project outcomes - Development of project schedules and effective time management - Timely approvals from both steel project management and regulatory agencies - Coordination of various project activities such as design, engineering, procurement, and site operations - Internal coordination with different departments within the organization - External coordination with consultants, suppliers, transporters, contractors, and other relevant agencies - Monitoring project progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions - Maintenance of work quality to minimize rework, including coordination with the Quality department - Conflict resolution and management of uncertainties and risks during project execution - Establishment of a safe working environment and formulation of contingency plans for unforeseen events - Liaison with project stakeholders, including regulatory authorities - Analysis of project data using analytical techniques and assimilation of various project documents - Demonstrating qualities of honesty, integrity, and hard work to lead the team effectively - Effective leadership skills and ability to manage interpersonal relationships - Administrative skills for day-to-day operations and relationship management with all project stakeholders **Qualification Required:** - Mechanical Engineering background - 7-10 years of experience in project management - Transformer background preferred Location: Vadodara Please note that transformer background is preferred for this position.,
