Project Lead

As a Project Lead at one of India's leading healthcare providers, your role will involve overseeing hospital infrastructure and operational projects. Your expertise in hospital project management, accreditation standards, budgeting, and vendor coordination will be crucial in ensuring cost-effective execution, timely delivery, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with hospital goals. - Develop timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for projects. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, medical equipment vendors, and IT teams. - Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, AERB, and municipal regulations. - Implement hospital safety protocols and infection control measures in project execution. - Prepare CAPEX and OPEX budgets for infrastructure and technology projects. - Optimize project costs through vendor negotiations and strategic planning. - Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administration teams to align project goals. - Provide regular project updates to hospital leadership and governing committees. - Implement smart hospital technologies, including IoT-based patient monitoring and HIS integration. - Enhance hospital layouts for better patient flow and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Expertise: Technical & Leadership Skills: - Strong vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge. - Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools. - Knowledge of healthcare construction standards and compliance requirements. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Education & Certifications: - Bachelors in civil engineering / project management - MBA / MHA / PMP Certification (Preferred) Experience: - 8-10 years of experience in hospital project management or healthcare infrastructure. - Expertise in NABH / JCI accreditation projects.
