Production Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control the production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of soft drinks. Ensure all production activities comply with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.). Manage production teams, including supervisors, machine operators, and support staff. Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, downtime, and production costs. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the engineering team. Review and adapt production schedules based on demand. Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards across production areas. Implement and oversee SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols. Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams for raw materials and finished goods. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies. Conduct training and development for shop floor teams. Provide regular production reports to senior management.
