Production Manager

1. Production Floor Management

• Oversee day-to-day activities on the production floor.
• Ensure smooth workflow, proper line clearance, and continuous operations.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cGMP compliance across the production area.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.

2. Manpower Handling

• Allocate manpower based on shift requirements and production plans.
• Supervise operators, line workers, and technicians.
• Conduct training for new and existing staff on SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and safety.
• Evaluate team performance and optimize productivity.

3. Production Planning & Execution

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per targets.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Planning departments.
• Track batch progress, output, and wastage to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources (materials, machines, manpower).

4. BMR & BPR Preparation and Review

• Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) & Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and GMP-compliant.
• Perform yield reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure closure of all batch documents within defined timelines.

5. Knowledge of QMS

• Strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS).
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory audits (WHO-GMP, USFDA, etc.).
• Work closely with QA to implement continual improvement activities.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs, machine logs, and cleaning records.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

7. Coordination & Reporting

• Communicate production status to senior management.
• Coordinate with supply chain for material requirements.
• Provide daily production reports and manpower deployment reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
