Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Project Lead

with a proficient full-stack development background and experience in managing product-based projects. The ideal candidate should have

8+ years of experience

, including

3+ years in project or team leadership

,

with solid knowledge of

Agile/Scrum

. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, guide the development team, and ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution for product-based development.
Manage project planning, timelines, sprint execution, and delivery.
Conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Design, and Product).
Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure clarity for the team.
Provide technical guidance to the full-stack development team when needed.
Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
Ensure all deliverables meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and team performance tracking.
Identify process improvements and contribute to team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

8+ years of overall experience in software development.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as Project Lead / Project Manager.
Proficient full-stack development background (e.g., Node.js, React.js, Angular, .NET, Java, SQL/NoSQL).
Experience working on product-based applications (not only service projects).
Proven experience in managing medium to large teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in Git, project tracking tools (Jira/Trello), and CI/CD workflows.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem-solving skills.
