Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven Project Head to lead real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales, recruiting sales talent (with focus on SME & Government sector professionals), and providing effective training to ensure consistent team performance. This role demands a hands-on leader who can sell, lead, and build high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive direct sales of residential/commercial real estate projects to achieve revenue targets. Recruit and build a strong sales team, with focus on SME and Government sector candidates. Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to sales staff to maximize performance. Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and implement strategies to achieve project goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Actively participate in client meetings, negotiations, and closures along with the team. Align recruitment and training efforts with organizational sales strategy. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in real estate sales / business development (managerial experience preferred). Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in recruitment and team building. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct sales training and motivate team members. Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
