About the Internship:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain HR databases and employee records
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
