Role Overview:

Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Education Projects:

• Coordinate with schools, teachers, and volunteers to run remedial classes and digital literacy programs
• Monitor learning outcomes and support curriculum delivery
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings, awareness sessions, and educational events

Sports for Development:

• Plan and implement sports-based life skill programs for children and youth
• Organize sports camps, community tournaments, and talent identification drives
• Collaborate with schools, local clubs, and sports mentors for capacity building

Project Management & Reporting:

• Prepare project plans, maintain field activity reports, budgets, and impact documentation
• Liaison with government officials, donors, CSR partners, and community stakeholders
• Supervise field teams, volunteers, and trainers across multiple project sites
• Ensure timely execution, compliance, and quality implementation of all initiatives

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Physical Education, or related field
• 2–5 years of work experience in NGO project management / education / sports development
• Strong written & verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and community engagement
• Willingness to travel frequently to field locations
