The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials or sanitaryware, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to lead channel partners and field sales teams to achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, and bathroom/kitchen fittings across retail, wholesale, and project channels. Appoint and manage channel partners, dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to drive project sales. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
