Role & Responsibilities:

• Overall implementation & operations

  of Centralized Dial 112 Call Center cum Command and Control.

• Act as the single point of contact

  for MP Concerned Government Department.

• Manage Centralized Dial 112

  Call Center cum Command-and-Control Room Operations by interfacing with internal operational and technical staff to ensure successful conduct.

• Provide inputs and recommendations

  where applicable and maintain quality.

• Overall supervision

  of the project.

• Managing the Call Centre operations

  .

• Ensure that the project milestones

  are achieved as per the defined timelines.

• Continuously monitor

  the performance of the call center and ensure that all the SLAs are met.

• Ensure quality of service

  to the citizens.

• Coordination and liaison

  with Concerned Government Department.

• Operations and maintenance

  of FRVs (First Response Vehicles) across Madhya Pradesh.

• Managing the human resource

  of Fleet deployed in MP.

• Ensure quality and timely delivery

  of service for Fleet.

• Coordination with the District

  Concerned Government Department Control Rooms and state-level Dial 112 Control Room, Zonal Head, District Managers for smooth operations of Dial 112 Fleet.

• Ensuring uptime of FRVs

  as per SLA.

• Ensuring adherence

  of schedule service of FRVs.

• Vendor management

  .

• Facilitate various Training program

  on IT & SOP.

• Cooperating with PMC

  (Project Management Consultant) and MP Concerned Government Department and furnishing data/reports as required by PMC.

• Any other tasks

  assigned by MP Concerned Government Department & PMC, concerning Dial 112.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech.

  with M.B.A.

• Certifications

  : PMP or PRINCE2.

Experience Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years

  of overall experience.

• Minimum 10 years

  of experience in managing operations in Large Scale System Integration Projects/ Large Scale ITeS Projects / Emergency Services Projects.

Skills & Attributes:

• Technology savvy

  and well versed with computers.

• Adequate relevant experience

  in managing operations of such scale in emergency management.
