Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Squad Lead or Data Project Lead with a strong background in business analysis, data engineering, and development. Proven experience in team leadership, project planning, and resource management. Strong experience in developing high-level and detailed delivery plans for data projects. Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing budgets and resource allocations for medium to large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of project governance, change management, and stakeholder management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and business stakeholders.
