Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Squad Lead or Data Project Lead with a strong background in business analysis, data engineering, and development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading teams, developing delivery plans, and managing project resources and budgets. Play a senior business analyst role by identifying and unblocking project issues by collaborating with the right stakeholders. Ensure continuous alignment between technical and business objectives, providing strategic direction to the project team. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in data-related roles, with a background as a business analyst or data engineer. Proven experience in team leadership, project planning, and resource management. Strong experience in developing high-level and detailed delivery plans for data projects. Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing budgets and resource allocations for medium to large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of project governance, change management, and stakeholder management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and business stakeholders. Experience in data mapping, data analysis, developing business requirements documents, design documents.
