Program Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PMP, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Resource Planning for multiple concurrent Chip development projects across multiple sites, multiple technology nodes, and across multiple market segments.

Accurate forecast of resource requirements, gaps analysis and ensuring actuals closely track the forecast are key result areas. Implement automation to ensure accuracy and reduce turnaround time

Excellent in MS - Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Python is Plus

Prince 2 Certification and PMP certification is mandatory

Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeline

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and other project documentation as required

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery

Ensure that project quality standards are met or exceeded, and that project deliverables are fit for purpose

Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support as required

Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring that they are utilized effectively and efficiently

Ensure that project governance and compliance requirements are met, including adherence to company policies and procedures, and relevant regulations and legislation
