PMO/Strategy (Ropeways)

As a Project Manager at Adani Group, your role will involve leading comprehensive project supervision and management across multiple construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, tools, and templates. - Monitoring and reporting on project performance metrics such as cost, schedule, risk, and quality. - Driving project reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation planning. - Ensuring alignment of project execution with strategic goals and compliance standards. - Facilitating cross-functional coordination across engineering, finance, procurement, and operations. In addition to project management responsibilities, you will also be involved in strategy-related tasks such as: - Supporting leadership in strategic planning, business case development, and investment analysis. - Conducting market, competitor, and regulatory research to inform strategic decisions. - Leading strategic initiatives including M&A assessments, JV evaluations, and new business models. - Preparing executive presentations, board decks, and strategic reports. - Tracking KPIs and strategic roadmap progress across business units. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred. - At least 5 years of experience in PMO, strategy, or consulting roles, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or capital projects. - A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile. - Experience with tools like MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, and ERP systems. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
