Associate Program Director

As a Program and Delivery Manager for Oracle ERP, your main role will be to drive revenue growth, profitability, and people development. You will be focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering innovation, and achieving business KPIs. Your responsibilities will also include driving productivity improvement and overseeing the delivery of global projects. It is essential that you possess strong consulting skills and can influence senior management with data and insights. You will be in charge of project governance and reporting to support leadership decisions. Your tasks will involve creating consolidated program-level reporting, reviewing individual project statuses, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders or workstream owners. Collaboration with various teams to drive large-scale strategic initiatives and share best practices will be key, along with relationship development and management at all levels. Qualifications Required: - 18-20 years of relevant experience - Knowledge/exposure in Oracle ERP is mandatory - Knowledge in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain is preferred - Proficiency in ITIL concepts; ITIL certifications will be advantageous - Experience in handling or coordinating multiple service or product deliveries in the application development/support space, either for a single large account or a group of accounts - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions - Self-starter willing to work through ambiguity and take the initiative to drive complex projects - Ability to work successfully independently and/or as part of a team in a global, virtual environment - Strong project/program management skills with experience using process improvement and project management methodologies - Comfortable working with global stakeholders across different time zones In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of global projects and ensuring the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.,
