The Role:

We’re seeking an execution-focused Associate or Associate Consultant with strong project management fundamentals and hands-on Agile experience. The candidate will support delivery through structured tracking, coordination, and communication across teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Support project setup, scheduling, and sprint tracking activities in Jira.

• Maintain dashboards, sprint boards, and documentation for ongoing projects.

• Coordinate across functions and teams to track user stories, dependencies, and deliverable progress.

• Facilitate stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint retrospectives.

• Update project reports, highlight risks, and ensure timely communication with leads.

• Contribute to PMO frameworks, templates, and process standardization efforts.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or Agile delivery roles.

• Practical understanding of Scrum principles and hands-on Jira experience.

• Prior experience in creating detailed plans for projects within the portfolio.

• Potential risk identification and mitigation experience.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

• Agile, Scrum certification, PMP or similar certification is a must.

Preferred Qualification:

BE/ B. Tech/ PG/ MBA (Full time, no gap in education)
