Objective: Quality & On-Time Execution
1. Execution Quality: Measure Zero rework on site
Ensure flawless execution without any need for rework.
Have comprehensive understanding of all project aspects from the project's outset.
2. Adherence to Drawings: Measure execution as per drawings score by feedback
Confirm execution aligns with project drawings during project kick-off.
Offer practical improvement suggestions during kick-off or weekly meetings.
3. Time Management: Measure planner V/S actual achieved days
Maintain adherence to the master schedule.
Highlight any schedule deviations on a weekly basis.
Timely Reporting:
Send a daily site report by 10:00 am.
Submit weekly reports by Saturday before 11:00 am, including planner versus actual achievements.
Material Management:
Notify the procurement team of any missed material requirements at least 7 days in advance to avoid last-minute issues, once a week by Saturday evening.
Update material inventory register for inward and outward materials.
Verify material delivered against purchase order (PO) specifications, accepting only if it matches and rejecting if there are discrepancies with drawings, purchase orders, or work orders.
Internal Team Coordination:
Designers: Understand 3D, 2D, and GFC drawings for quality execution, raise any deviations between site and drawings during kick-off meetings.
Procurement: Provide early notice for small items, follow up to ensure materials are delivered on time.
Finance & Quantity Surveying (QS): Conduct measurements for client billing twice during the project, sign off on vendor measurement sheets and send them to finance. Obtain client sign off for any changes required in the project.
Attention to Detail: READ THE BOQ & REMEMBER IT
Read and remember the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, materials, and quantities.
Raise red flags if actual consumption exceeds BOQ quantities.
Documentation of MOM
Client, Designers, Purchase, Vendor (MOM): Documenting minutes and outcomes of meeting occurred at site.
Safety, Discipline & Hygiene:
Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining discipline and hygiene on-site.
