About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital lead generation strategy across LinkedIn and Google.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, campaign optimization, and funnel analytics, with a proven ability to generate qualified business leads for design-build or tech-driven organizations.
Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads.
Build and manage lead funnels, nurturing sequences, and audience segmentation across multiple business verticals — construction tech, interior design, and sustainable lighting.
Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with conversion goals.
Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Manage and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and keyword strategies for improved conversion rates.
Work with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards on lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
3–6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation via LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
Strong grasp of digital marketing funnels, retargeting, and performance analytics.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
