Coordinating rigorously with the engineering & marketing team on updates. Make calls/texts for follow-ups, feedback, new events & technical coordination. Updating CRM on a regular basis. Arrange meet-ups with potential partners when needed, so should be willing to travel. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC and VMC Programmer, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Programmer will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs based on technical drawings, performing machining and milling tasks, and ensuring efficient production processes. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Qualifications 1) 1–5 years of experience in CNC programming and VMC operations 2) Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field. 3) Hands-on experience with Autodesk PowerMill; familiarity with other CAM software is a plus. 4) Understanding of G-code and M-code; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. 5) Experience with VMC operations, tool selection, and machining processes. 6) Develop and optimize CNC programs using Autodesk PowerMill for 3-axis and 5-axis VMCs. 7) Create and simulate toolpaths to ensure efficient machining operations. 8) Set up VMC machines, including fixture and tool installation, based on program requirements. 9) Conduct trial runs, inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments, and adjust programs as necessary to meet specifications. 10) Identify and resolve issues related to machining processes, tooling, and machine performance.
