Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Assistant, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring an efficient and organized store environment. Additional tasks include training new staff, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize retail sales.

• Experience in Retail Sales
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to train and support new staff
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in retail management are a plus
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
