Store Manager

As a Store Incharge with 67 years of experience in managing store operations, inventory control, and documentation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of store activities, material handling, and record maintenance. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will be essential in overseeing the daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. - Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely updating in ERP/manual systems. - Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies. - Ensuring proper documentation for inward/outward materials, GRN, issue slips, and stock registers. - Coordinating with procurement, accounts, and production departments for smooth material flow. - Monitoring stock levels and raising indents for replenishment as required. - Implementing FIFO/LIFO systems and maintaining proper material storage and labeling. - Supervising store staff and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. - Preparing and submitting periodic reports related to stock movement and store performance. - Ensuring adherence to company policies and audit requirements.
