Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and coordinate work activities with the Asst Store Manager to operate the outlet.
Assign responsibility areas and work schedules, Handle Guest complaints, Interact with customers to assess their needs, Party organization with the Party Coordinator. Coordinate with Supervisors, Team Memebers/Outsourced Agencies for the proper maintenance of all equipment, furniture and fixtures of the outlet.
Handling the guest complaints and resolving them professionally in an efficient and prompt manner or escalating it further to the RM.
To ensure the entire facility is maintained in such a way so that it gives clean, safe and hygiene environment for the users at every aspects of operations management in terms of high standard and quality.
Assist Supervisors in preparing sales, operational expense and other financial reports with complete understanding on the subject.
Ensure availability of all consumables at all time.
Coordinating with regional team and other stake holders.
