Job Description – Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing technology projects across Soltech verticals including CCTV Surveillance, Video Analytics, Networking, AI Solutions, Fiber & Infrastructure, and Software Deployments. The role ensures timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, procurement, and finance teams.
• Ensure site readiness, material availability, and deployment schedules.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks.

2. Team & Vendor Management

• Lead project engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.
• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
• Manage subcontractors, OEM partners, and service vendors.

3. Client Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, status updates, and closure meetings.
• Ensure client requirements and scope are clearly defined and met.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure installations meet company SOPs and industry standards.
• Conduct quality audits and site inspections.
• Ensure safety, statutory, and compliance documentation.

5. Budget & Billing Control

• Control project cost and material utilization.
• Verify BOQ, approve material issuance, and coordinate billing milestones.
• Support accounts for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
• Maintain project files, drawings, checklists, and handover documents.
• Update ERP / CRM systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Networking, Fiber, Server, AI & IT Infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (IT / Electronics / Electrical / Telecom / Computer).
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant project execution experience in surveillance, networking, or IT infrastructure domains.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
