Company Description RGP Solar Private Limited is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm specializing in solar power solutions across India, with a strong focus on industrial clients. They design and deliver solar rooftop and ground-mounted power plants , catering to both off-grid and grid-connected systems. Their goal is to help industries reduce electricity costs by 30–50% (or even up to 100%) through customized solar installations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ahilyanagar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the assigned area, meeting sales targets, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, training and managing the sales team, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven sales experience, including successfully achieving sales targets Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and persuasion Ability to conduct market research and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure Willingness to travel within the designated area Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
