Project Delivery Lead

As the Delivery Lead at our company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data Science, Analytics, and IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Your role will also involve managing relationships with clients and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring successful and timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. - Manage and mentor project managers and teams, providing guidance and support in project execution and delivery. - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, utilizing industry best practices and methodologies. - Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful delivery. - Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations and address any challenges or roadblocks that arise during project execution. - Regularly monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with project timelines and deliverables. - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. - Foster a strong team environment and build relationships across various internal and external stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Around 6-8 years of experience in project deliveries within the Data Science, Analytics, and IT sector. - Strong experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and delivery. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and effectively communicate project updates. - A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Ability to navigate and solve complex project challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. - Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and resource planning. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. - Hands-on experience in Python, Data Science, Analytics, and software development.
