Project Delivery Lead

As a Project Delivery Lead at Racanaa, your primary role will be to assist customers in executing their energy management programs, resulting in energy conservation and business benefits. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and address client needs effectively. Some key responsibilities include: - Partnering with customers to help them understand Racanaa's solution capabilities and address their queries - Advocating for clients to maintain high customer satisfaction - Collaborating with Sales to meet or exceed client revenue goals - Coordinating between customers and internal ops team for the deployment of energy meters - Identifying areas for improvement and working with the Operations team to streamline deployment processes - Managing a portfolio of accounts and coordinating operational resource plans with the team manager - Staying informed about Racanaa's products and services and engaging with subject matter experts as needed - Conducting regular business reviews, monitoring progress, and tracking KPIs for assigned accounts - Providing proactive visibility and effectively communicating delivery targets, commitments, and progress to stakeholders - Analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and opportunities for energy-saving measures and technology improvements - Proactively identifying and resolving impediments or obstacles in service delivery Qualifications: - BE/B.Tech preferably in EEE/ECE Certifications: - Technical certification on MS Project preferred - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification will be an added plus Experience: - 8-10 years of experience with at least 4-5 years in a project delivery role - Preferred background in the energy sector Skills and Tools: - Exceptional customer-facing skills - Proficiency in escalation procedures, incident management, and project delivery disciplines - Knowledge of Agile and Lean practices - Commercial management expertise - Strong communication and people management skills - Ability to maintain delivery momentum Personal Abilities: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative, innovative, and flexible approach to problem-solving - Efficient task management and prioritization - Ability to work independently, proactively, and take initiatives Other Requirements: - Flexibility to travel within or outside the city to customer locations as needed This Job Description has been tailored to reflect the responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for the Project Delivery Lead role at Racanaa.,
