*Opportunity for EEE/ ECE / Diploma / ITI /Freshers* Test & Field Support Engineers For Chandigarh, Punjab Night shift 6-day work week Racanaa Energy(www.racanaa.com) is looking for field service engineers preferably with 0-2 years of experience in electrical field system installation & commissioning. Should have hands on field experience on electrical equipment’s like UPS, A/C , Battery, lights etc. Core Responsibilities: To survey the site and prepare electrical connection diagrams. To prepare, Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit and electrical apparatus for Energy Manager and equipment as per circuit diagram provided at designated locations across India. Operates a variety of standard power tools, equipment and trenchers in electrical installations, maintenance and repair activities on a regular basis. Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using testing instruments and equipment related to Energy Manager. Grouting and mounting the Energy manager system as per the wiring diagrams. Electrical commissioning of Energy Manager Configuration and data monitoring of the systems Maintains all electrical wiring records and logs as needed. To follow and use all safety PPEs during the electrical installations. Coordinate with the field team and trouble shoot in case of any failures. Qualifications: Diploma / ITI Holder – Electrical & Electronics Experience: 1-2 years' experience in electrical systems installations & commissioning Freshers with a zeal for learning are welcome. Good knowledge about electrical circuit diagrams Hands on field experience on electrical equipment’s like UPS, A/C, Battery, lights etc. Skills: Good verbal and written communication Knowledge about electrical circuit diagrams preparation Good command in Microsoft excel. Knowledge of electrical parameters monitoring and control Others: Should be willing to travel to customer locations for site visits and installation and commissioning works. Should be flexible to work night shifts.

Responsible for the end-to-end analysis, monitoring, and reporting of energy consumption and savings across electrical systems. This role combines advanced data analytics, field support, data infrastructure quality, and direct client engagement to drive actionable energy efficiency improvements. Key Accountabilities (tasks, duties, responsibilities) Energy Analysis & Reporting Analyse energy data from HVAC and other electrical systems to identify trends, high consumption units, power factor deviations, and opportunities for savings, delivering actionable analytical insights aligned with business objectives. Prepare, standardize, and visualize energy consumption and savings reports for internal and external stakeholders, lead client walkthroughs of dashboards and analytical findings. Use single line diagrams and MEP documents to accurately map electrical loads, identify circuit/asset tagging misalignments, and optimize labelling to improve data accuracy. Collect, compare, and analyze energy manager data against electricity bills to ensure validity and uncover discrepancies. In-depth knowledge of power quality parameters (power factor, harmonics, phase angle) and practical experience in power metering, panel audits, and HVAC systems. Data Quality, Monitoring & Integration Develop, maintain, and automate tools for data acquisition, management, cleaning, and reporting using Excel/macros, Python other data visualization tools. Validate post-commissioning quality of energy data (meter reading, tagging, connectivity).
