Field Support Engineer

As a Test & Field Support Engineer at Racanaa Energy, you will have the opportunity to work in the electrical field system installation & commissioning domain. You will be responsible for surveying sites, preparing electrical connection diagrams, installing and connecting power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for Energy Manager and equipment at designated locations across India. Operating standard power tools, equipment, and trenchers, diagnosing and resolving problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment, grouting and mounting the Energy manager system, electrical commissioning of Energy Manager, configuration and data monitoring of the systems, and maintaining all electrical wiring records and logs as needed will be some of your core responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to follow safety protocols, coordinate with the field team, and troubleshoot failures. Key Responsibilities: - Survey the site and prepare electrical connection diagrams - Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for Energy Manager and equipment - Operate standard power tools, equipment, and trenchers in electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities - Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment - Grout and mount the Energy manager system as per the wiring diagrams - Conduct electrical commissioning of Energy Manager - Configure and monitor data of the systems - Maintain all electrical wiring records and logs - Follow safety protocols during electrical installations - Coordinate with the field team and troubleshoot failures Qualifications: - Diploma / ITI Holder in Electrical & Electronics Experience: - 1-2 years" experience in electrical systems installations & commissioning - Freshers with a zeal for learning are welcome Skills: - Good verbal and written communication - Knowledge about electrical circuit diagrams preparation - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Knowledge of electrical parameters monitoring and control Please note that you should be willing to travel to customer locations for site visits and installation and commissioning works. Additionally, you should be flexible to work night shifts to excel in this role.,
