Role:- cluster engineer Field support
Days:- 6 days working incuding Sat-Sun & holiday
9 hours shift.
End user Support | Desktop Support | printer Support | Windows OD Install | PM & PAV - Once the case is closed from engineer end he will coordinate with Service Desk executive to have the call closed in the system / tool
Job Responsibilities
Server Reedy / Critical system Radiances / Server Logs collet / case log for Servers / basics swich & network protocol knowledge
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-user systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Perform system upgrades and configurations
Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless technology integration
Assist in training users on new systems and software
Manage and prioritize multiple support requests
