Job Description

Jr Field Application Engineer

Over View Responsibilities:-

Receiving technical training on the operation and setup of our customers production equipment. Specifically how Gocators are used within the system.
Extended on-site monitoring and troubleshooting of production equipment.
To learn and become proficient in the operation, characteristics and performance of all Datasensor products Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and customize vision-based inspection solutions to meet customer requirements.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for machine vision system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Conduct customer training to ensure effective utilization of our products and solutions.
Create detailed documentation including manuals, reports, etc. to assist customers in the operation & maintenance of machine vision systems.
Build customer relationships through technical guidance and exceptional service.
