Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our team Label Box in managing projects from start to finish. This role involves organizing tasks, communicating with team members, and making sure projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and tracking project progress.
• Communicate with team members and clients to share updates.
• Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documents and reports.
• Identify small issues or delays and inform the manager.
• Support day-to-day project activities.

Skills Needed:

• Good communication skills (spoken & written).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, Project tools).
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with problem-solving attitude.
