Job title: Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Help document technical specifications, project requirements, and objectives.
• Support the coordination and integration of technical activities in projects.
• Provide technical input and assistance to project teams.
• Facilitate communication among team, engineers, manufacturing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, technical feasibility studies, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and provide solutions to technical problems.
• Manage relationships with suppliers & vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations to ensure deliverables meet technical requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field), Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical project coordination or a related role.
• Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering fields.
• Good project management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management and technical tools

Desired Skills:

• Project Management Foundation or equivalent is plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• PLM- Windchill, Change Management experience
• Medical Industry exp Nice to have

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company s main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
