Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator (Mechanical) to act as a bridge between our R&D, manufacturing, and vendor management teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate project timelines, oversee manufacturing processes, ensure quality compliance, and manage the sourcing of parts required for vehicle assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the R&D team to translate design and engineering requirements into manufacturing-ready plans.
• Supervise vehicle manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Engage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing mechanical and electrical components required for assembly.
• Track and monitor project schedules, identify bottlenecks, and proactively communicate updates to management.
• Conduct and oversee quality inspections for parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update documentation related to project progress, part specifications, and compliance reports.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing supervision, or vendor management within the automotive or electric vehicle domain.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical components, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with quality control standards, compliance requirements, and basic CAD tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain and vendor management practices and Team Handling.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
