Job Description

The Interior Project Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful execution of interior design and renovation projects. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to oversee the day-to-day operations at the site. The Interior Project Coordinator ensures that all work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management

  • Oversee all on-site activities related to the interior construction, renovation, and finishing of projects.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out according to the project’s design, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Regularly inspect and monitor site progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

2. Quality Control

  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
  • Identify and address any issues or defects in the work, ensuring they are rectified promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of finish and attention to detail in all aspects of the interior fit-out process.

3. Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with the project manager, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is on track.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project phases, ensuring that timelines are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with other trades and contractors to prevent delays and conflicts in the work schedule.
  • Communicate regularly with the project manager to provide updates on progress, challenges, and any changes to the project scope.

4. Material Management:

  • Manage the delivery, storage, and handling of materials on-site to minimize waste and damage.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered, ensuring they match the project’s specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure that all materials are used efficiently and that excess materials are returned or accounted for.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, work progress, and any changes to the project scope.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to the project manager, highlighting any issues or delays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
