Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Experience:

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope. They will coordinate internal resources, track progress, handle documentation, and maintain communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Coordinate tasks between internal teams and clients.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare project documentation including MOMs, status reports, trackers, etc.
Maintain up-to-date records of project tasks, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure timely reporting to all stakeholders.

Communication Management

Serve as the point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, reviews, and updates.

Task & Resource Coordination

Help allocate tasks and monitor progress.
Follow up with team members for task completion.
Support resource planning and availability tracking.

Key Skills Required:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Zoho, Trello, etc.)
Basic understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
