This individual will play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategies, focusing on websites, social media, and digital campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through online channels Website Management: Oversee the content, user experience, and performance of the company website to ensure alignment with brand goals and digital marketing strategies Social Media: Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and execute campaigns to build an online community and drive traffic Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design, launch, and optimize online campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, etc.) to meet KPIs, improve ROI, and enhance customer engagement Analytics & Reporting: Use data analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing actionable insights to continuously improve performance Collaborative Marketing: Work with design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives Content Strategy: Guide content creation for digital platforms, including blogs, email newsletters, and other digital assets Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation. Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads). Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams to achieve marketing goals. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot). Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce). Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
