As the Brand Marketing Manager for the Home Care & XS portfolio in India, your primary responsibilities will include: - Driving growth in sales, market share, and brand equity through effective utilization of Brand Marketing budgets - Leading launches, product development, planning, packaging, and pricing strategies - Implementing commercial innovations - Developing communication and brand building strategies - Creating distributor tools, programs, and campaigns - Organizing engaging events and programs to enhance consumer connect and drive sales activation To ensure impactful initiatives, you will be responsible for: - Analyzing data insights, market research, competitor tracking, and consumer trends - Managing external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Focusing on operational excellence and global best practices Additionally, you will drive the scientific health credentials of the brand by: - Rolling out brand campaigns and activations in collaboration with Regions - Monitoring category financials and utilizing findings to steer business plans - Developing short-term and long-term marketing strategies for the Indian market - Contributing to compelling marketing campaigns for hero products and key launches - Managing brand budgets and analyzing market and industry trends Furthermore, you will work closely with the Digital/OmniChannel Commerce Team and market research department, prepare materials for internal management meetings, and create launch support programs for new product introductions.
