Your role

Lead project controlling and financial reporting
Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing
Analyze KPIs (P&L, Cash, FTE, Subcontractors)
Ensure revenue recognition, cost control, and billing accuracy
Manage stakeholder relationships and team performance
Ensure compliance with financial standards and audits
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 12 to 15 years of work experience

Your profile

10+ years in project controlling
5+ years team management
SAP HANA (2+ yrs), Advanced Excel, Power BI, Access
Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modelling, queries), Access, Power BI
