Job Description

About the Role:

Capgemini India Finance GSS comprises Project Controlling, Financial Planning & Reporting, Invoicing & Receivables Management, Treasury (Banking Operations, Cash Management & Reporting).
This role is part of Global Shared Services within the internal finance function and will lead significant parts of the newly created Controlling Center.

Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce / Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA Finance / CA / CA Intermediate

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a business partner with an operational mindset
Manage relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts
Report and analyze KPIs (WIPBIA, revenue, cost)
Analyze budget vs forecast on project portfolio
Monthly closing, revenue recognition, provisions, and variance analysis
Interface with Delivery Controlling teams and ensure cost containment
Update reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial standards
Support coordination with Sales/Analyst teams for client offers
Ensure compliance with internal and external audits

Primary Skills:

Strong understanding of project controlling and financial statement impact
SAP HANA (minimum 2 years hands-on experience)
Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modeling, queries), Access, Power BI
29 years experience as a project controller

Secondary Skills:

Proactive customer service
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Eagerness to learn and multitask

Personal Attributes:

Ownership, team player, and ability to work independently
Stakeholder management
Experience in cross-functional, multicultural environments
