Implementation and compliance of QMS ISO 9001:2008, EMS ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, EnMS 50001:2011, GHG ISO 14064:2006, RC 14001:2013 in the department and monitor the effectiveness of the same.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Adaptive Planning models that support enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, enabling strategic decision-making through data-driven planning tools. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders and business unit leaders to understand planning requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and analytics. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical foundation in Adaptive Planning with a business-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Adaptive Planning models, including assumptions, drivers, sheets, accounts, and dimensions. Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for Finance and business leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Maintain and enhance workflows, planning sheets, and version structures to support rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-scenario planning. Develop and maintain integration processes with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Financials), CRM platforms, and other business-critical data sources. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across the planning environment. Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation, system performance, and user experience within Adaptive Planning. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning model development and administration. Proficiency in building complex formulas, scripts, and advanced planning logic within Adaptive.
