Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Contracts Engineer to join our team in the SALES industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project contracts engineering and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate project contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare and review contract documents, including agreements, proposals, and progress reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
Monitor and report on contract performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in project contracts engineering, preferably in the SALES industry.
Strong knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in contract management software and tools, such as [insert specific software].
