Tender Executive

Business Development & Client Coordination

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in

  Indian Railways, Metro projects, PSUs, EPC contractors, and private infrastructure companies

  .
• Build and maintain relationships with railway officials, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
  
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions in coordination with the engineering team.
  

Marketing & Promotion

• Promote company products such as

  railway components, signaling equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, rolling stock parts

  , etc.
• Prepare marketing materials including brochures, presentations, product catalogues, and case studies.
  
• Participate in

  railway exhibitions, trade fairs, vendor meets, and industry conferences

  .

Market Research & Intelligence

• Track upcoming railway and metro projects, tenders, and procurement plans.
  
• Monitor competitors products, pricing trends, approvals, and market positioning.
  
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvement.
  

Tender & Sales Support

• Coordinate with the tendering team to support

  pre-bid marketing activities

  .
• Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, credentials, and pre-qualification documents.
  
• Follow up on submitted tenders, RFQs, and quotations.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  railway marketing and procurement processes

• Knowledge of

  railway approvals (RDSO/ICF/RCF/DMRC, etc.)

  is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Engineering / Marketing

Experience

• 2–6 years

  of experience in:
• Railway equipment manufacturing
  
• Infrastructure / heavy engineering / PSU marketing
  
• Exposure to

  government and PSU clients

  is preferred
